Dear Mr. Wyatt:
The Department of Planning Services has reviewed your request for an outdoor storage facility that
would house trailers, boats, and recreational vehicles in the Industrial 3 zone district. The current zoning
does allow for outdoor storage. All storage would need to be screened from the property lines and
adjacent property owners. This use would necessitate a new Site Plan Review application be submitted
for review and approval should the applicant wish to move forward.
