The Department of Planning Services staff has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the
November 12, 2002 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m.. The Department of Planning Services staff is
requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action
to remedy the violations.
Weld County Zoning Violation Cases Continued from October 15,2002:
VI-0100356, Mr. & Mrs. Luther Baumer
Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1, of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.1 of the Weld County Code.
The property owner shall remove, restore or completely screen the Noncommercial Junkyard from all
adjacent property owners or public rights-of-ways.
Weld County Zoning Violation Cases:

be completely removed.

The property owner shall obtain all building inspections needed and receive the "Final Approval" needed
for the addition of a single family dwelling unit added to an existing garage. Inspections needed to
complete the building permit are: rough heating, gas test, septic, water service, final plumbing, final
heating, final electric and final approval.
