PUD Final Plan to vacate a utility easement
The Weld County Public Works Department has reviewed this proposal; this project falls primarily
under the purview of the Subdivision Standards and the County Code.
The Public Works Department recommends approval of this application.
During the Utility Board hearing, a utility representative discussed and approved the vacation the
existing utility easement on the north side of Lot 46. It was indicated that all other utility
easements associated with the lot would be retained. On the north side of the vacated utility
,— easement, there is open space. In the Beebe Draw Subdivision, the utility users can use or cross
open space to get from one filing to the next.
