RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 916 - MIKE LEON WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 15th day of August, 1984 , considered the request of Mike Leon for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agri- cultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particu- larly described as follows: Si SW4, Section 13 , Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub- ject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a sep- tic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that the proposed well is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and depend- ability for the proposed use; and 4) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions. The applicant proposes to construct a well for the water supply. A well owned by Mr. Robert E. Lewis, no. 98582, presently exists on the SW1/4 041/4, Sec. 13, T1N, R67W, as the onl well on 40 acres. It appears the proposed well would be on the same 40 acres of land.
