RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 587 - JOHN A. EHMKE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 21st day of April, 1982, considered the request
of John A. Ehmke for a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as
follows:
Part of the 52, Section 11, T10N, R60W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of John A.
Ehmke for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which
was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordi-
nance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
April, A.D. , 1982.

BUILDING PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL MOBILE HOMES IN ADDITION TO THE ZONING PERMIT FOR
MOBILE HOMES. THE BUILDING PERMIT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION,
ROOM 342, CENTENNIAL CENTER, 915 10th STREET, GREELEY, COLORADO, AFTER APPROVAL OF THE
ZONING PERMIT.

A sketch plan is required as part of the application review. Please attach a sketch plan
of the site at the scale of one inch represents fifty feet or other suitable scale to show
the proposed location of the mobile home, including distances from the property lines and
other structures on the property; access to the mobile home, indicating whether the access
is existing or porposed; location and measurements of any easements or right-of-ways;
amount of road frontages; identification of any county, state of federal roads or highways;
and any existing structures on the property.

In addition, this Permit is subject tc the following additional terms and conditions:
This Permit is granted temporarily to allow construction to commence. This Permit may be revoked or suspended by the Weld
County Health Department for reasons set forth In the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations, Including
failure to meet any term or condition Imposed thereon during temporary or final approval. The Issuance of this Permit does not
constitute assumption by the Department or its employees of liability for the failure or inadequacy of the sewage disposal system.
Environmental Specialist Date
This Permit is not transferrable and shall become void if system construction hes not commenced within one year of its issuance.
Before issuing final approval of this Permit the Weld County Health Department reserves the right to Impose additional terms
and conditions required to meet our regulations on a continuing basis. Final Permit approval is contingent upon the final in-
spection of the completed system by the Weld County Health Department.

installed system for issuance of a local occupancy permit pursuant to CRS 1973 25.10.111 (2).
