Dear Chris:
Thanks for talking with me yesterday. I gave the folks at General Dynamics all the
information they needed to submit for the BP with Robin. They have your letter you
wrote on July 18th stating that if we remain inside the compound that it is administrative.
They have the deed to the property. Letter of Authorization from owners, copy of lease
with Voicestream, Right of Entry and Testing Agreement signed by Voicestream and the
BP application itself. Told them to bring their checkbook for the fees.
Anyway—I am just sending you the new drawings and a new Letter of Intent for your
files with the modification of AT&T going inside the existing area.
