Gutierrez has applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a permit to place a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 1st day of July, 1981, considered the request of Victor M.
