RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT #452 OF VICTOR M. GUTIERREZ
FOR A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN A-AGRICULTURAL ZONE
DISTRICT ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF
THE N'NE4, LOT B RE 462, SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH,
RANGE 65 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County
Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering
the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Victor M. Gutierrez has applied to the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a permit
to place a mobile home on the following described real estate,
as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 1st day of July, 1981, considered the request
of Victor M. Gutierrez for a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on a parcel of land particularly described as follows:
Part of the NzNEa, Lot B RE 462 , Section 35 ,
Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, having heard the applicant, finds that said request
should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Victor M. Gutierrez for permission to place a mobile home
as a principal dwelling on the abovedescribed parcel of land
be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st
day of July, A.D. , 1981.
