NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Irrevocable Letter of Credit, for Planned Unit Development Final Plat for Lighthouse Cove, S #522, Phase 1, in the amount of$18,091.00, drawn on the New Frontier Bank, 2425 35th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80634, be, and hereby is, canceled and released. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board, that funds for Planned Unit Development Final Plan for Lighthouse Cove, S #578, Phase 2, in the Clerk to the Board Trust Fund, in the amount of$11,227.50, be, and hereby are, canceled and released. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is, directed to return said collateral to the appropriate parties.
