RE: Rinn United Methodist Church Annexation
To Whom It May Concern:
In compliance with the provisions of Sectbn 17-43 of the 1zederick Municipal Code,
enclosed please find a copy of the Notice of Public Hearing and description of the lands
proposed for a new annexation. The lands for the proposed new annexation are located
adjacent to County Road 20 and west of the west I-25 Frontage Road.

Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Town of Frederick,
Colorado will hold a Public Hearings commencing at 7:30 p.m. on
Thursday January 24, 2002, at the Frederick Town Hall 401 Locust Street,
Frederick Colorado 80530. The purpose of the Public Hearings is to
determine whether certain properties for which petitions for annexation
have been filed with the Town, to be know as the Rinn United Methodist
Church Annexation to the Town of Frederick, meet the applicable
requirements of the statutes of the State of Colorado and are eligible for
annexation to the Town and to determine the zoning for the proposed
annexation. The zoning request for the Rinn United Methodist Church
Annexation is R-1 Residential.
Any person may appear at the Public Hearings and be heard regarding the
matters under consideration. The approximate location of the property is
West of the I-25 Frontage Road and adjacent to Road 20. The legal
description of the property which is the subject of the annexation and
zoning request are shown in Exhibit A of the resolution set forth below.
Copies of the annexation petition and zoning application and related
documents are on file and available for inspection in the office of the Town
Clerk, 401 Locust Street, Frederick Colorado 80530 during normal business
hours. Set forth below is the Resolution finding that the annexation
petition is in substantial compliance with the applicable laws of the State
of Colorado.
