RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING APPLICATION FOR LICENSE TO CONDUCT
PUBLIC DANCE OF DANCES - SIPRES LOUNGE, INC., DBA SIPRES LOUNGE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Application for License to Conduct
Public Dance of Dances for Sipres Lounge, Inc., dba Sipres Lounge, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 20th day of November, 2002, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to Monday, December 9,
2002, at 9:00 a.m. to allow the Clerk to the Board's Office adequate time to notify the applicant
of the future meeting date to discuss the Board's concerns.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
December 9, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of November, A.D., 2002.

License fee of$25.00, payable to Weld County Clerk to the Board, P.O. Box 758, Greeley,
Colorado 80632, is hereby tendered and application is hereby made for a license to conduct a
public dance hall, booth or pavilion, where two or more public dances are held, for the calendar
yearo,3 , or portion thereof.
The undersigned hereby makes application for a County Dance Hall License, under the
provisions of Chapter 12, Article V of the Weld County Code, and Title 12, Article 18, C.R.S., and
for that purpose makes the following answers to the questions contained in this application. Every
question must be answered. Any false answer or statement made by the applicant constitutes
perjury and the person making such statements subjects any license issued herein to revocation.
