RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI #0200318 AGAINST CYNTHIA HUTT FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Cynthia Hutt, VI #0200318, is allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code, and WHEREAS, on the 10th day of December, 2002, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Cynthia Hutt was not present or represented at said hearing, and WHEREAS, at said hearing of December 10, 2002, the Board of County Commissioners determined the property owner has brought the subject property into compliance and deemed it advisable to dismiss said matter. I did go to the Greeley office on monday and learned I was not doing as bad as I thought on the application process. I am still having problems finding the "conveyances" and mineral rights owner. And, of course,the septic system is not registered with the county. I have applied for the septic permit. I will need an extension of at least two weeks to complete the plat map,have the septic system permit completed and continue to search for the other information I need. Thank you again.
