The estimated population was calculated by multiplying the total number projected households by 2.5. • Employment center calculations are based on an average of 15,000 square feet of floor area per acre. • Regional commercial calculations are based on an average of 10,000 square feet of floor area per acre. CHAPTER 26 MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT Amend Section 26-1-20 as follows: Sec. 26-1-20. Planning area boundaries. The MUD area covers approximately fourteen thousand seven hundred and fifty (14,750) acres with approximate boundaries at Weld County Road 1 on the west, Weld County Road 15 on the east, Weld County Road 32 on the north and Weld County Road 20 on the south.
