McANULTY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 27th day of October, 1982 , considered the re- quest of Billy J. McAnulty for a mobile home to be used as more than one mobile home as accessory use on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an I-3 (Industrial District) , more particularly described as follows: Part of the W?, Wz, NE4, Section 32 , T3N, R65W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Billy J. McAnulty for permission to place a mobile home to be used as more than one mobile home as accessory use on the above des- cribed parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is, granted.
