RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 203 -
CHARLES KIRBY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners on November 7 ,
1983 , approved Subdivision Exemption No. 203 for Charles Kirby con-
cerning property described as Part of the SE4, Section 16 , Township 6
North, Range 67 West of the 6th P .M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Charles Kirby is now requesting that Subdivision
NO Exemption No. 203 be amended to decrease a 1. 647 acre parcel to

Re: Revised Subdivision Exemption
SE No. 203 (Kirby)
Gentlemen:
On or about November 7, 1983, the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County approved a Subdivision Exemption on behalf of William Kirby,
Docket No. 203. Pursuant to said Subdivision Exemption one of the parcels
which was created was a 1.647 acre parcel, the survey plat of which is attached
to this letter as Exhibit "A".
Subsequent to the approval and recording of the plat, Mr. Kirby and the
owners of the property which adjoin Mr. Kirby on the north and east have agreed
to revise the 1.647 acre parcel by reducing the size to 1.092 acres. A new mylar
survey plat of this revised parcel as well as a copy of the mylar is attached as
Exhibit "B". Please note that the revised 1.092 acre parcel is contained wholly
within the previously approved 1.647 acre parcel and is therefore, not a major
or significant change, but is rather a minor change of a boundary line.
All attached for your review and marked as Exhibit "C", is a survey plat
copy and legal description of the revised parcel which will be on the north and
east boundary of the 1.092 acre parcel.
We would request your approval of this revision. If there is any additional
information which you need or should you have any questions, please feel free
to contact this office.
