RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A
COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON-SITE INSPECTION AND SETTING THE HEARING
DATE CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF RJML, LLC, DBA EL REVENTON
NIGHT CLUB, FOR ATAVERN LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public
meeting on the 21st day of January, 2002, heard evidence to assist said Board in establishing
the neighborhood to be served, designating the Commissioner to make the on-site inspection,
and setting the hearing date concerning the application of RJML, LLC, dba El Reventon Night
Club, 13015 Weld County Road 16, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, for a Tavern License, and
WHEREAS, the Board did determine that the following described area should comprise
the neighborhood to be served concerning said application, to-wit:
All of Sections 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and
33 all in Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, also including,
but not limited to, the municipal boundaries of the
Town of Fort Lupton
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner Robert Masden should be
designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application, and
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that the hearing to consider said application
shall be scheduled for February 4, 2002, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the above described area be, and hereby is, established as the
neighborhood to be served concerning the application of RJML, LLC, dba El Reventon Night
Club, for a Tavern License.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner Robert Masden be, and
hereby is, designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date concerning said
application be, and hereby is, scheduled for February 4, 2002, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of January, A.D., 2002.

COLORADO SUBJECT: Tavern Liquor License Application - RJML, LLC, El
Reventon Night Club
Our office has received an application for a Tavern Liquor License from RJML, LLC, dba El
Reventon Night Club, c/o Ruben Rodriguez, 13015 Weld County Road 16, Fort Lupton,
Colorado 80621. All application requirements have been met and all fees have been paid. Due
to posting requirements, I recommend the hearing be set for Monday, February 4, 2002, at 9:00
a.m.
The neighborhood to be served for this license is as follows:
All of Sections 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and
33 all in Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
