USR-1372 — Request for a Site Specific Development Plan and a Special Review Permit
for a use permitted as a Use by Right, an Accessory Use or a Use by Special Review in
the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (Concrete Business) in the A (Agricultural)
Zone District on a parcel of land described as Lot B, RE 2063; being part of the NW4 of
Section 35, T5N, R66W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
Dear Sheri:
As you know from my September 12, 2002 letter, Mr. Rodriguez has engaged Pickett
Engineering and King Surveyors to complete the outstanding conditions of approval for USR
1371 and USR 1372. This work is well advanced, but Mr. Rodriguez will not be able to meet the
extension deadline of October 13, 2002 for Mylar submission. For this reason, Mr. Rodriguez
requests an additional 30 days to meet this obligation.
I will assume that this extension has been granted unless I hear from you otherwise. Thank you
for your continued consideration in this regard.
