RE: APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
WELD COUNTY AND WELCO INVESTIGATIONS CONCERNING SERVICE
OF PROCESS SERVICES AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO
SIGN SAME.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , an Agreement for service of process services
between Weld County and Welco Investigations was approved by
the Board of County Commissioners on December 20 , 1982 for
the term, January 1, 1983 to December 31, 1983, and
WHEREAS, Welco Investigations has been sold to Michael
Goecke, and
WHEREAS, the Welco Investigations has requested an assign-
ment of the contract to the new owner, Michael Goecke, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Social Services and the Board
of County Commissioners have reviewed the contract and found
that it would be in the best interests of Weld County to consent
to the assignment of the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Agreement
between Weld County and Welco Investigations for service of
process services, assigned to Michael Goecke, be and hereby
is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that the Chairman of the Board be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign the Addendum to Contract.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd
day of March, A.D. , 1983.

ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
entered into a contract with Welco Investigations on December 20, 1982 date
for the period of January 1, 1983 through December 31, 1983, and
WHEREAS, Welco Investigations has been sold to Michael Goecke, and
WHEREAS, the contractor has requested an assignment of the contract to
the new owner, Michael Goecke, and
WHEREAS, Social Services Department and the Board of County Commissioners
have reviewed the contract and found that it would be in the best interests of
Weld County to consent to the assignment of the contract.
