This permit can not be withdrawn. This permit is for 3 decks to be added to the back of home.
These decks are to be placed on the second and third story of the home. At this time the
Rhoads have responded that the doors that lead to the proposed decks are not being used,they
have blocked them. There is nothing on the outside of the home preventing a person from
falling out the doors that are there. The original permit for the home, which included the
decks, was taken out in 1993. The permit was finaled in 2001 . This permit can not be voided
because the home was started so many years ago. This permit is expired now and the
violation process will be started on the decks.
