NOTE: The attached information secured by study of current title insurance
commitment, review of leases, warranty deeds from Patent to present and conversation
with Patina Oil and Gas (Larry) and too many phone calls to count attempting to find the
Starks' and/or heirs along with the Dearings' and/or heirs with limited or no success.
Further research completed by talking with neighboring farm owners that have been in
the area for 30 to 50 years. Also researched assessor records with little success for
mineral owners.
Title companies refuse to prepare affidavit and certified list of mineral owners and
lessees, land man&attorney contacted for job in Greeley area(Cruss&Zarone) did not
return my phone calls for days. Mr. Cruss was going out of town and suggested it would
be three to four weeks before he could address this file with an estimated expense of
$800.00 to $1000.00.
Therefore I have studies all available documents and with much help from title company
have secured list of mineral owners and lessees I believe to be true and accurate to the
best of my knowledge. Also thanks to assistance from Patina Oil and Gas I have name
and address for contact concerning Stark?. I was unable to find phone number through
Qwestdex..Com for Stark family trust(Phyllis Stark) and have mailed letter to verify she
is the proper contact. Have called nearly every Stark and Dearing in the Denver Metro
area and Greeley with no success as well as e-mail to Stark in Oregon.
Dearing family per Deeds researched appeared to retain half mineral rights, however they
are deceased per neighboring farmers, daughter in Colorado Springs who is elderly
claims there were no mineral rights and not to bother her with this, thus no address.
There are no oil or gas structures located on subject parcel. In the event of any new
discoveries,isc I will submit to Planning Department an update of names or address.

Research of mineral owners and lessees also explored through www.oil-gas.state.co.us/
found no oil or gas structure including tank batteries located on Lot"B" of RE2310.
One gas or oil well per mapping on said web site and verified by Marvin with Patina Oil
and Gas is located at the southwest quarter of Section 16, Township 1N, Range 66W,
known as The Hansen well and tank battery. Per Marvin with Patina, he is not allowed to
disclose names of mineral owners or provide division order for further documentation.

NOTICE TO MINERAL RIGHTS OWNERS
On behalf of Wiley Trucking, Toni Thieman with Re/Max Northwest, Inc. represents the afore
mentioned proposed owner in the Use By Special Review Application for a two (2) to four (4) acre
parcel that you may have mineral rights interests in. The property is located on the east side of Weld
County Road 29 approximately one-half mile south of Weld County Road 10. Only a two to four acre
site of the approximate 73.79 acres is designated for a 50X75 shop for four tandem-pup trucks and
farm equipment. Remaining lands shall continue to be farmed with a personal residence within the
allowed building envelope as designated on the plat for Lot"B"of Recorded Exemption No. 1471-16-2-
RE2310. Wiley Trucking is a small aggregate hauling company for infrastructure expansion in the
surrounding Front Range. No materials are kept or sold on site.
A public hearing on this application will occur before the Weld County Planning Commission on June
18, 2002 at 1:30 p.m. The hearing will take place in Room 210, Weld County Planning Department,
1555 N. 17"'Avenue, Greeley, Colorado. In some circumstances cases need to be continued to a later
date. To ensure that this case is being heard, you may call 970-304-6499, up to the day of the
