RE: INCREASE OF HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION'S EMERGENCY REVOLVING FUND ACCOUNT
TO $150.00.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners approved an emergency cash
revolving fund in the amount of SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($75.00) for the Human
Resources Division on August 29, 1979, and
WHEREAS, because of increased program activity, the Human Resources
Division has requested an increase in the amount of the revolving fund to
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) , and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration has assessed the
situation and agrees that the increase is justified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that they authorize the
emergency revolving fund established on August 29, 1979 for the Human Resources
Division to be increased from SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($75.00) to ONE HUNDRED
FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) effective immediately.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that all policies concerning the
Human Resources emergency revolving fund, established on August 29, 1979,
remain the same with this increase.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of January, A.D. , 1980.
