NOTICE TO MINERAL RIGHTS OWNERS
On behalf of Nelson Pipeline Constructors,Jim Sell Design Vie. represents the afore
mentioned owner in the Use by Special Review Application for the 64-acre parcel that
you have mineral rights interests in. The property is located on the north side of
Colorado Highway 52, between Weld County Road 21 and 23.
A public hearing on this application will occur before the Weld County Planning
Commission on April 16, 2002 at l0 am. The hearing will take place in Room 210,
1555 N. 17th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado. In some circumstances cases need to be
continued to a later date. To ensure that this case is being heard, you may call 970-304-
6499, up to the day of the scheduled hearing for this information. Representatives from
Nelson Pipeline Constructors and Jim Sell Design Inc. will present the project as part of
the public hearing. Community input is invited and anyone is welcome to attend the
public hearing.
