RE: DECLARE RESIDENCE LOCATED ON KOENIG FARM AS SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado owns certain farmland near
Fort Lupton, Colorado known as the Koenig Farm, and
WHEREAS, a residence is located on said Koenig Farm on
Weld County Road 25 near the Southwest Corner of Section 13 ,
Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado West of Fort Lupton, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, finds that said residence is not needed for govern-
mental purposes and desires to declare the residence as surplus
property, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advi-
sable to direct the Weld County Purchasing Agent to advertise
for bids concerning said residence.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the residence located
on the Koenig Farm be, and hereby is , declared to be surplus
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the Purchasing Agent for Weld
County be, and hereby is, directed to advertise for bids con-
cerning said residence.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made

and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
June, A.D. , 1980.
