Dear County Clerk:
On May 31, 2002 we notified you of certain price adjustments that will be effective with August
bills and of certain programming changes that will be effective August 1, 2002. Unfortunately,
due to circumstances beyond our control, some of the price adjustments and programming
changes have been revised. The price adjustments to the cable products and services offered in
your community have been revised as detailed on the attached page.
The programming changes have been revised as follows:
Effective July 1, 2002, AT&T Broadband will make the following additions to its Digital
Basic channel lineup:
Wisdom on channel 138
G4 on channel 136
Effective August 1, 2002, AT&T Broadband will make the following addition to its Digital
Basic channel lineup:
Shop NBC on channel 164
Effective August 1, 2002, the following Premium Plexes*will be added to all of our Digital
Packages:
HBO Comedy on channel 559
HBO Zone on channel 560
Action Max on channel 566
Thriller Max on channel 567
Showtime Next on channel 583
Showtime Family on channel 584
Showtime Women on channel 585
Flix on channel 586
WAM! on channel 516
STARZ! Cinema on channel 538
STARZ! Family on channel 539
Encore True Stories (available in all Digital Packages that include Encore)
Encore Action (available in all Digital Packages that include Encore)
'Plexes are the mutiplexed programming services of a premium offering. Customers
must subscribe to AT&T Digital Cable and a premium channel to receive the multiplexed
version of the same channel.

Effective August 1, 2002, the following Digital Cable Services and channels will no longer
be available:

Movies & Music Tier
Sports & Information Tier
Family&Variety Tier
Encore Love Stories on channel 520
Encore Mysteries on channel 522
Encore Westerns on channel 524
HBO Plus on channel 553
HBO Signature on channel 555
Showtime Too on channel 578
STARZ! Theatre on channel 536
The Movie Channel on channel 591
Also, effective August 1, 2002, TV Guide Channel will move from channel 59 to channel
65 and CNN Headline News will move from channel 65 to channel 59.
Customers are being provided advance notice of these price adjustments and programming
changes via a legal notice in the Greeley Tribune that will be published on July 1, 2002. All
affected AT&T Broadband Digital Cable customers will receive a detailed letter describing the
changes in the prices, components of their current packages and tiers and any instructions, if
necessary, on or around the week of July 15, 2002.

*** The Gold and Platinum Packages will no longer include a second digital converter. Gold and Platinum
customers with a second digital converter will be charged$1.00 per month. This price will eventually
increase to the full retail price for converters and any associated digital access fees will also be applied at
such time. Additional details will be provided to such customers. Also,the Platinum Package will no
longer include an analog box or an analog remote. Customers will be charged$4.30 per month for the
analog box and the analog remote($4.00 for the analog box and$.30 for the analog remote).
