RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 521 - STEVE AND DONNA MATHEWS
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners on the 25th day
of November, 1981, considered the request of Steve and Donna
Mathews for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel
of land which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone
District, more particularly described as follows :
Lot 3, Block 33 , Aristocrat Ranchettes, a
subdivision of Weld County located in
Section 27 , Township 2 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicants , finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that the request of Steve and Donna Mathews
for permission to place a mobile home as a principal dwelling
on the above described parcel of ]and be, and hereby is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th
day of November, A.D. , 1981.

The Department of Planning Servicesh s reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be for the following reasons :
WILL WILL NOT
be in harmony with the character of the

XX Comprehensive Plan
be adequately served by water and sewage
XX disposal facilities
adversely affect the health, safety and
welfare of the inhabitants of the area
and the County
COMMENTS : To date our office has not received any letters objecting to this request
for a mobile home as a principal dwelling.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the applicant obtaining approval of the septic permit
from the Weld County Health Department prior to obtaining a building
permit.

COMMENTS:
The mobile home on this lot has just been moved in. There is quite a bit of debris on the
lot, but they assure me that they will be getting both lots cleaned up as rapidly as
possible. There are mobile homes on many of the adjoining lots. This unit is close
to the west lot line, but the setback appears to be greater than 5' at least at the
north end of the mobile home. They have bought both lot 3 and 4.
