HomeMy WebLinkAbout810450.tiff RESOLUTION RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 521 - STEVE AND DONNA MATHEWS WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners on the 25th day of November, 1981, considered the request of Steve and Donna Mathews for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows : Lot 3, Block 33 , Aristocrat Ranchettes, a subdivision of Weld County located in Section 27 , Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the applicants , finds that said request should be granted.
