RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 695 - N. EUGENE BROWNWOOD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 19th day of January, 1983, considered the request
of N. Eugene Brownwood to place an additional mobile home to be
used as an accessory to a farm use on the parcel of land, which
is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Part of the N1 SW4, Section 25, T4N, R67W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that' said request should be granted subject
to the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit
for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of
approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of N. Eugene
Brownwood for permission to place an additional mobile home to
be used as an accessory to a farm use on the above described
parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld
County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted
subject to the condition above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
January, A.D. , 1983.

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that
the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
The Department of Planning Services staff has received one concern over the
resulting water pressure from the adjacent property owner using the same
water tap.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit
for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by
the Board of County Commissioners.
