HomeMy WebLinkAbout20022652.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON-SITE INSPECTION AND SETTING THE HEARING DATE CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF A AND G CONCEPTS, INC., DBA BEARS SPORTS SALOON, FOR A TAVERN LICENSE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public meeting on the 30th day of September, 2002, heard evidence to assist said Board in establishing the neighborhood to be served, designating the Commissioner to make the on-site inspection, and setting the hearing date concerning the application of A and G Concepts, Inc., dba Bears Sports Saloon, 2519 8th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631, for a Tavern License, and WHEREAS, the Board did determine that the following described area should comprise the neighborhood to be served concerning said application, to-wit: That portion of Section 17, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, bounded by 11th Avenue on the West, 20th Street on the north, Highway 85 Bypass on the east, and Highway 34 Bypass on the south WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner Geile should be designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application, and WHEREAS, the Board further determined that the hearing to consider said application shall be scheduled for October 21, 2002, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above described area be, and hereby is, established as the neighborhood to be served concerning the application of A and G Concepts, Inc., dba Bears Sports Saloon, for a Tavern License. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner Geile be, and hereby is, designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application. All application requirements have been met and all fees have been paid.
