RE: City Acceptance of Fire Hydrants in Bluebell Avenue and East 20`" Street
To Whom It May Concern:
The City of Greeley Water and Sewer Department has accepted the fire hydrants and
related water mains complete as of May 9, 2002. The water line construction and location of the
hydrants is acceptable to the Water and Sewer Department and Union Colony Fire and Rescue
Authority. The two-year warranty period to the City of Greeley for the work performed will be
recorded to start on May 9, 2002. The City will perform all routine maintenance of the hydrants
and lines and Union Colony Excavating, Inc. will be responsible for all construction and/or
material defects during the warranty period. We appreciate having the fire hydrants installed.
