Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado Dear Mr. & Mrs. Martinez: It has come to the attention of the Department of Planning Services'staff that the uses on your property may not be in compliance with the Weld County Code. The potential noncompliance with the Weld County Code is a violation of your existing Use by Special Review (USR-1044) permit. Specifically, Development Standard #3, which states"No commercial, roping, or rodeo events shall be allowed on site.". We have received complaints of'team roping events', specifically over the weekends. Failure to correct this problem will result in this office scheduling a Probable Cause Hearing before the Board of County Commissioners. It is the intention of this office to assist and cooperate with you without imposing undue hardships; however, we have no discretion in this matter if you fail to correct this violation. You have 10 (ten) days from , February 19, 2002, to correct this violation of your approved USR-1044. Failure to do so will result in this office scheduling the Probable Cause Hearing before the Board of County Commissioners to determined if there is enough evidence to schedule a Show Cause public hearing where they would consider revocation of the Use by Special Review permit.
