Subject: Disposal of the Buckingham Grader Shed
We no longer have any use for the old grader shed in Buckingham. I have
discussed it with the Board and they have agreed that we should declare
it surplus dispose of it as real property.
The property is described as : Lots 13 and 14, Block 4, Buckingham. The
two adjacent lots are each 25 feet by 140 feet. The building itself is
of wooden frame and in very poor condition. The building itself measures
40'6" by 36'4" by 12' high.
It is requested that the sale of this property be initiated. Dave Becker
or Bud Schmuhl at extension 777 can provide any further details on the
building or lots.
