RE: APPROVE ASSIGNMENT OF TITLE FOR MOBILE HOME TO ANTONIO SALAS
AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN SAID TITLE
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Treasurer did acauire a 1964 mobile
home in the 1981 tax sale for 1980 taxes , a copy of the Certifi-
cate of Title being attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference , and
WHEREAS , the County Treasurer is requesting that the Board
authorize the assignment of title for said mobile home to Antonio
Salas , 25200 East 168th Avenue , Brighton, Colorado 80601 , and
WHEREAS , it appears that Antonio Salas was the innocent pur-
chaser of the mobile home from a party not the owner, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to author-
ize the assignment of title for said mobile home to Antonio Salas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the assignment of title
to Antonio Salas for the 1964 mobile home be, and hereby is,
approved and the bidding process shall be waived.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be ,
and hereby is , authorized to sign the Certificate of Title.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
June, A.D. , 1984.
