Dear Mr. Madsen:
The Weld County Planning Commissioners can only recommend
a zoning change. It is you and the other Weld County Com-
missioners who have the authority to make the final decision.
We have noted a discrepancy in the names of the Applicant .
In the Zoning Change Request, the names were Edward & Debris
Wolfe/Wiley Trucking. In the above Docket Number only the
names of the Wolfes are stated .
We are sincerely hoping the Weld County Board of Commis-
sioners will not approve the Zoning Change from Agricul-
tural to Commercial/Industrial Zoning. Mr. and Mrs . Wiley
came to our home stating it had been their desire for years
"to be a farmer. " If they plan to farm these acres, we can
see no reason for a Zoning Change.
