Subject: Legal Action Authorization
COLORADO
The Department of Planning Services staff has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the
September 10, 2002 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m.. The Department of Planning Services staff is
requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or nc t to authorize legal action
to remedy the violations.
Continued Cases from August 13, 2002:
Weld County Zoning Violation Cases:
VI-0000087, Ms. Elsie Turecek
Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1, of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-20.A, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.P of the Weld
County Code.
The property owner shall remove the mobile home or apply for a Recorded Exemption. If a Recorded
Exemption was approved, the applicant would then need to apply for a Zoning Permit for the Mobile Home.
