RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 574 - ANDREW DAVID COLE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 31st day of March, 1982, considered the request
of Andrew David Cole for a mobile home to be used as a temporary
dwelling during a medical hardship on the parcel of land, which
is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Part of Section 27, T2N, R66W of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado -
Lot 8 , Block 66, Aristocrat Ranchettes
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Andrew
David Cole for permission to place a mobile home to be used
during a medical hardship on the above described parcel of land,
which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 31st day of
March, A.D. , 1982.
