RE: APPROVE COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS CHANGE ORDER LETTER#4 FOR
RESIDENTIAL DIVERSION AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Community Corrections Change
Order Letter#4 for Residential Diversion between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by
and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County
Community Corrections Board, and the Colorado Department of Public Safety, Division of
Criminal Justice, with terms and conditions being as stated in said change order letter, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said change order
letter, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Community Corrections Change Order Letter#4 for
Residential Diversion between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Community
Corrections Board, and the Colorado Department of Public Safety, Division of Criminal Justice,
be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said change order letter.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 1st day of July, A.D., 2002.

Pursuant to paragraph 5 of Exhibit B(Allocation Letter)to the contact between the
Department of Public Safety,Division of Criminal Justice(DCJ), and the Board of
Commissioners of Weld County,DCJ hereby notifies you that the maximum amount

DOVERNQR covering the period July 1,2001 through June 30,2002,is hereby changed. The
