RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DANNY SANDOVAL TO REGIONAL
COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Regional Communications Advisory
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Danny Sandoval be appointed to said board
as the Police Zone 3 representative, to replace Thomas Backer, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Danny Sandoval to said board,
with his term to expire December 31, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Danny Sandoval be, and hereby is, appointed to the Regional
Communications Advisory Board, with his term to expire December 31, 2003.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of September, A.D., 2002.
