RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO UNDESIRABLE PLANT
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Undesirable Plant Management Advisory
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Roberta Barrington be appointed to said
board to replace Timothy Johnson; and that Lauri Klausner be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Roberta Barrington and reappoint
Lauri Klausner to said board, with their terms to expire August 19, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Roberta Barrington be, and hereby is, appointed to the
Undesirable Plant Management Advisory Board, with her term to expire August 19, 2005.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Lauri Klausner be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Undesirable Plant
Management Advisory Board, with her term to expire August 19, 2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of December, A.D., 2002.
