RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT OF FEES SECTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
TO ADOPT POLICY FOR LAND USE PACKETS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioenrs of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Planning Services
has requested that the Board of County Commissioners adopt a
policy for Land Use Packets, and
WHEREAS, said policy for the Land Use Packets would require
the the Fees Section of the Administrative Code be amended, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board of County Commissioners
deems it advisable to approve the amendment to the Fees Section
of the Administrative Code to adopt the above mentioned policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Fees Section of the
Administrative Code be, and hereby is, amended to include the
adoption of a Policy for Land Use Packets.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
December, A.D. , 1983 .
