Home My WebLink About20021024.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE REQUEST FROM ROMANCE, INC., DBA CLUB ROMANCE/LUCKY STAR, TO CHANGE, ALTER, OR MODIFY PREMISES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request from Romance, Inc., dba Club Romance/Lucky Star,for permission to change, alter or modify its premises, in connection with its Tavern Liquor License, for the sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, as described in the application or shown on the premises diagram submitted by the Licensee, and WHEREAS, said request is to increase size of the adult area on the premises located at 33131 Highway 85, Lucerne, Colorado 80646, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said request. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Romance, Inc., dba Club Romance/Lucky Star, for permission to change, alter, or modify its premises as described in the application or shown on the premises diagram submitted by the Licensee be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that as a condition of said approval to change alter, or modify its premises, the Licensee shall comply with the provisions of Chapters 23 and 29 of the Weld County Code, and obtain any permits required therein.
