Kronick 3930 22nd Street Greeley, CO 80634 (970) 330-0350 Clerk to the Board Weld County Board of Equalization 915 10th St PO Box 758 Greeley, CO. 80634 Sirs: We applied for the Senior Property Tax Exemption and we have been denied for this assessment year. We would very much like to be considered for this Exemption as we have lived in Greeley for the past 38 years and have lived in this residence for the time period of Twenty years. We took a two and one half year leave from this property to go to Arizona to live for health reasons. It did not work out in Arizona so we returned to Greeley and bought our old house back. We have lived at this residence, as I have said for a number of years, we did break the number of years by going to Arizona, but we feel we have paid into the system for such a number of years, and then being back into the same property, we are hoping that you will give us a special dispensation for the assessment year. We are retired, we meet the age limit, and extra money staying in the household would help us immensely. Thank you for taking time from your busy schedules to review this. Sincerely yours, ,) J 7 c L C!4WLG (14i1 xis) u 9 Richard and Jo Ann K nick 3930 22".
