RE: APPROVE EASEMENT AND VARIOUS DOCUMENTS FOR PURCHASE OF
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN -CHRIS AND SUSAN CAMERON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Easement between the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
on behalf of the Department of Human Services, and Chris and Susan Cameron, 2605 Kelly
Drive, Grand Junction, Colorado 81506-8381, with terms and conditions being as stated in said
Easement; said property being described as tract of land for a drainage easement situated in
Lot 7, Block 1, 31 Road Business Park Subdivision, Mesa County, Colorado, being more
particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Easement, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Easement between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by
and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department
of Human Services, and Chris and Susan Cameron be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign all related documents.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of January, A.D., 2002.

EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, granted this day of � j,;r 1Cc2, , 2002, between Chris A.
Cameron and Susan M. Cameron, whose legal addres s 2605 K ly Drive, Grand Junction, CO
81506-8381, of the County of Mesa, State of Colorado, the Grantor, and, the County of Weld, a
body corporate and politic of the State of Colorado, whose legal address is 915 10th Street, Greeley,
Colorado 80631 of the County of Weld , and State of Colorado, the Grantee.
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of$1.00 dollar and
other good and valuable consideration, paid to the Grantor by the Grantee, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey to the
Grantee the drainage easement described in the attached Exhibit"A," draining storm water into the
existing storm sewer inlet.
This Easement is for the benefit of and appurtenant to that land, or any part thereof, situate
in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, and described as: Lot 2, 31 Road Business Park, also
known as 3093 E '/a Road, Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado; is permanent in
nature; and includes the right to install;maintain and repair a three foot wide, "V" shaped cement
pan, being approximately 57 feet in length, on the easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Chris A. Cameron and Susan M. Cameron have hereunto set

A tract of land for a drainage easement situated in Lot 7, Block 1, 31 Road Business Park
Subdivision, Mesa County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of said Lot 7, the basis of bearing being S71°03'15"W to the NW
corner of said Lot 7;
thence S00°00'00"W a distance of 85.67 feet along the east line of said Lot 7;
thence S72°46'27"W a distance of 15.70 feet;
thence N00°00'00"E a distance of 85.17 feet to the north line of said Lot 7;
thence N71 °03'15"E a distance of 15.85 feet along said north line to the Point of Beginning.
Said tract contains 1281 sq. ft. more or less.
