Brief narrative as to why the reduction was made: The subject building required extensive repair and remodel due to water damage. This is not a typical expense but the eispense was ?taken into consideration with a 10-year life. The subject is now' 100% vacant and was approximately 501 vacant at the end of the base year. The Assessor' s office considered the subject's actual-' ncome with a 131-vacancy and the non-typical expenses expanded ove a 10 year term to arrive at the adjusted value for 2002. 7 . This hearing will be held at the Weld County Centennial Center, First Floor Hearing Room, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado. You have a right to attend this hearing and present evidence in support of your petition. The Weld County Assessor or his designee will be present. The Board will make its decision on the basis of the record made at the aforementioned hearing, as well as your petition, so it would be in your interest to have a representative present.
