Dear County Commissioners:
Our firm serves as general counsel to the Firestone Trails Metropolitan District (the
"District"). Pursuant to § 32-1-1101.5, C.R.S., the special district ballot issue elections to incur
general obligation indebtedness shall be certified to the board of county commissioners of the
county in which the special district is located. The information for the District, as required by §
32-1-1101.5, C.R.S., is certified in Exhibit A, attached hereto.
