RE: AUTHORIZE DIRECTOR OF WELD COUNTY COOPERATIVE EXTENSION SERVICE
TO OPEN BANK ACCOUNTS FOR WELD COUNTY FAIR
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there is a need to set up bank accounts for the
Weld County Fair, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to authorize the Director of the Weld County
Cooperative Extension Service to open a money market account and checking account at New
Frontier Bank, 2425 35th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80634.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Director of the Weld County Cooperative Extension Service
be, and hereby is, authorized to open a money market account and checking account at New
Frontier Bank, 2425 35th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80634.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of August, A.D., 2002.

Subject: Weld County Fair bank accounts
Claud,
Jim had asked me to let you know the information on the new bank accounts for the Weld County Fair.
We opened the accounts just before fair, on July 19. The bank is New Frontier Bank, 2425 35th Avenue,
Greeley. The money market account number is 514342, the checking account number is 110106. Let me
know if you need any more information. At this point we have not transferred the accounts,just $200 into
each account as an opening balance.
