RE: APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY PERMIT FOR A TAVERN LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
A AND G CONCEPTS, INC., DBA BEARS SPORTS SALOON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, A and G Concepts, Inc., dba Bears Sports Saloon, 2519 8th Avenue,
Greeley, Colorado 80631, presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, an application for a Transfer of Ownership of a Tavern Liquor License, for the sale of
malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, said
License previously held by Bears Sports Saloon, Inc., dba Bears Sports Saloon, and
WHEREAS, Section 12-47-106.5, C.R.S., which became effective July 1, 1991, allows
for the issuance by the Board of County Commissioners of a temporary permit to the transferee
of an existing liquor license to authorize the transferee to conduct business and sell alcoholic
beverages at retail in accordance with said license, subject to compliance with certain
conditions, and
WHEREAS, A and G Concepts, Inc., has complied with all of the conditions set forth in
said Section, and
WHEREAS, A and G Concepts, Inc., has also submitted the required application fee for
said temporary permit of$100.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that having examined said application and other qualifications of the
applicant for the transfer of the Tavern Liquor License and having considered said request for a
temporary permit, does hereby grant to A and G Concepts, Inc., dba Bears Sports Saloon,
2519 8th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631, a Temporary Permit to conduct business and sell
malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, at retail at
said location in accordance with the license previously held by Bears Sports Saloon, Inc., dba
Bears Sports Saloon, subject to all other rules and regulations set forth by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a period of 120 days, or until such time as the
application for Transfer of Ownership is approved by the State of Colorado, whichever shall
occur first.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said permit.

PLEASE POST NEAR EXISTING LICENSE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
On August 16, 2002, A and G Concepts, Inc., dba Bears Sports Saloon, submitted to the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, an application for a Transfer of
Ownership for a Tavern Liquor License, with said license previously being held by Bears Sports
Saloon, Inc., dba Bears Sports Saloon, and expiring on May 11, 2003. Until the Transfer of
Ownership has been considered by the Board of Commissioners and notification has been
received by the State advising whether this Transfer of Ownership request has been approved
or disapproved, the Board hereby authorizes the continued sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous
liquor at this establishment which is located at 2519 8th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631,
under a Temporary Permit approved by the Board on August 21, 2002. This Temporary Permit
allows A and G Concepts, Inc., dba Bears Sports Saloon, to conduct business and sell malt,
vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, at retail at said
location in accordance with the license previously held by Bears Sports Saloon, Inc., dba Bears
Sports Saloon, subject to all other rules and regulations set forth by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a period of 120 days, or until such time as the
application for Transfer of Ownership is approved by the State of Colorado, whichever shall
occur first.
