I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Melanie Cuevas and
I am the Corporate Customer Relations liaison for the Front Range Region. The purpose of my
letter is to advise you that I am the point of contact for all customer complaints and concerns
coming through the Local Franchise Authorities. I work directly with the Plant Director in your
specific area and will strive to resolve all customer issues that are brought to your attention in an
efficient and timely manner.
