Dear County Commissioners:
Pursuant to § 32-1-1101.5, C.R.S., the special district ballot issue elections to incur
general obligation indebtedness shall be certified to the board of county commissioners of the
county in which the special district is located. We are general counsel to the Pinnacle Farms
Metropolitan District. The information for the District, as required by § 32-1-1101.5, C.R.S., is
