NOTICE OF PENDING ACTION PURSUANT TO
C.R.S. § 38-44-101
TO: THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above-captioned action was filed on November 21,
2000,which action regards a boundary dispute between Plaintiff and Defendants. The right-
of-way for Weld County Road 47 has not been improved between Plaintiffs and
Defendants' lands. This proceeding may affect the right-of-way for Weld County Road 47.
You may join such action as a party in interest because a country road may be affected, as
set forth Colo. Rev. Stat. § 38-44-101. In the event the County determines that the county
road right-of-way may be adversely affected,the County may intervene in these proceedings.
If the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County does not file an appropriate pleading
within twenty days after receipt of this Notice, the above-captioned matter may proceed
before the court.
