RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BUILDING TRADES
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ron Bernhardt be appointed to said board
as the plumbing contractor representative, to replace Tom Fisher, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that David Pallasch, Home Building Association
of Northern Colorado representative, and James Fassler, small independent general contractor
representative, be reappointed with terms to expire April 10, 2005.
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Ron Bernhardt to said board, with
his term to expire April 10, 2005.
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint David Pallasch and James
Fassler to said board, with their terms to expire April 10, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Ron Bernhardt be, and hereby is, appointed to the Building Trades
Advisory Committee, with his terms to expire April 10, 2005.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that David Pallasch and James Fassler be,
and hereby are, reappointed to the Building Trades Advisory Committee, with their terms to
expire April 10, 2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 10th day of April, A.D., 2002.
