The address is 379 Highway 52. As no increase of traffic is being planned as a result of this rezone,CDOT does not have the warrant necessary to require changes in access. The existing accesses are"grandfathered". If increased traffic volumes to the site are planned,the Quinn's must contact this office for re-evaluation of access.
