Dear Scott and Suzi,
Over the past year and one half you have donated numerous hours researching, organizing, and
implementing the"Every Fifteen Minutes" program at Weld Central High School. You brought together
other parents, business owners, government officials, and other concerned citizens for the welfare of our
children. You raised funds and solicited donations as well as opened your home for meetings and for the
participants of the program. This program touched the lives of all involved and I am sure will impact Weld
Central High School students throughout the remainder of their lives.
It is people like yourselves that truly make Weld County a wonderful place to live. Your efforts will
hopefully reduce the tragedy that we all face with the loss of our children to traffic crashes. As Margaret
Meade stated"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world."
Your work with the"Every Fifteen Minutes"project has definitely changed the world. The citizens of
Weld County and the parents of the children of the Weld Central High School owe you a great debt of
gratitude.

Dear Mr. Crandall,
On May 1'and 2nd the"Every Fifteen Minute" program was presented to the students of the Weld Central
High School in Keenesburg, Colorado. This is a emotional program that exposes young adults to the
realities of traffic fatalities. Part of this program requires that a video tape be prepared. When asked if
Aims Community College would like to participate in this program, you immediately agreed.
It is because of individuals like yourself and institutions like Aims Community College that we will be able
to reduce the carnage occurring on Weld County Roads. Please allow me to take this opportunity to
express my appreciation for your efforts and to Aims Community College for caring so much about the
well being of our children.
